Really happy experience. I got my old hot tub removed, it was a tough job, but they did it quickly and nicely.

The two fellows that cleared our junk were excellent. Nothing was too hard, too heavy, too big or too small. They took it all with a smile and didn’t waste any time.Will definitely call them again the next time.

Even though they were 30 minutes outside the agreed upon time window, they did their jobs very diligently and were careful about my walls. I had some sharp furniture that needed to be gone. They also gave me 10% discount for being late. I’ll use them again.

Very friendly and efficient service. Andrew and Evan were so great, that we tried to request them the next time we needed junk removed. We ended up with Andrew and Jamal, who was also quick and efficient.We have used 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Several times, and we will use them again in the future.

The experience was just like their commercials! I was “happy happy” from beginning to end! It was so easy to book an appointment online, they came to the house in the time frame selected and they explain everything about their process. It really was a simple “point and the junk disappears”. Malik and Marc D both showed up exactly the time they said they would, super polite and also asked questions about recycling and donating certain products...I’m a huge fan of this and happy that this is part of their business model! Marc and Malik worked very hard, quickly and still respected the property and didn’t cause any damages! I would highly recommend this company to take the pain out of decluttering!

Jamal and Jack did an amazing job by working efficiently and quickly on my move out day! Both were professional, courteous, and they communicated throughout the whole process to ensure I got what I needed. I was most appreciative of them taking all my donations to charity as I requested. Without prompting, they sent me a photo to let me know they made good on their promise :)! The gesture made me smile. These guys are highly recommended!! I needed help emptying my storage unit. They called in advance and were there at exactly the time they said on the phone. The team was very friendly and was happy to let me look through drawers of furniture at the back on my storage unit before putting it in the truck. They managed to empty my whole storage unit in 15 minutes!!! Filled the entire truck! I highly recommend them for anyone looking to clean out their storage unit. Was an exceptional experience and very reasonably priced.

Evan and Andrew were amazing! We called in the morning and they arrived within 20 minutes. Then our rental property was cleaned up in a matter of hours. (The tenant left junk and garbage everywhere) and the painter was arriving the same day. We missed no time getting the place back on the market. They are fabulous communicators. They filled us in on their progress often. This was a BIG job. And reasonably priced. At one point they were confronted by someone who claimed to be the owner of the junk - not true. They handled the situation very professionally and spared us a lot of grief. We would call them back to help declutter our lives in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!
