Really Great Service Everytime we go. Wish more shops were like this one

We have been to DC Autocare a few times now and we are so thrilled with the excellent level of service the professionalism and the honesty that we now have all three of our children driving out from Ottawa to get there vehicles serviced in Chesterville. While the facility’s are not the same look and feel of a big dealership the owner has years of experience working on high end vehicles and it is one of the few places I feel no trepidation bringing my BMW (or my kids Toyota, Hyundai’s).One example of the honesty displayed my youngest daughter brought her 4 year old car in because there was a noise from the front end, the owner diagnosed the problem called the dealership and confirmed that it was covered under warranty (We were sure our warranty was only 3 years, but on some parts it is longer?), he then sent us there for the repair.We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Mitch and the team @ DC AutoCare got the job done fast and efficiently. Mitch went over and above in providing service on my ailing bootcamp truck. Got me on the road and without a hitch since. Couldn't recommend him and the service they provide enough. Where experience meets passion you can't fail and DC Autocare excel in both. Thanks again!

DC Autocare is honest...truly cares about the customer and is very knowledgeable. I drive an hour to bring my car to him...bot only to save money but have peace of mind as the owner Mitch is a great mechanic and straight as an hour. Happy customer!
