The room is super small ( we booked a room with a double bed), there is a weird smell in the room, no breakfast, location is convenient though. And the room is equipped with a mini fridge.

friendly service, very clean rooms, quiet when your room is toward the back of the property, good beds and linens, nice amenities. unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open due to the pandemic and there were no coffee/tea-making facilities. walkable to the beach and shops along the water.

Great place,but due to the pandemic the restaurant is not open but they do have take out breakfast that is adequate. Service was good but language barrier was a little difficult. Would be nice for bilingual people at motel desks.

Rooms are newly renovated and are clean and modern with new mattresses linens and towels and furniture. Breakfast is as good as most free motel breakfasts and better than some. Price point is modest . We would recommend as a great choice.

Booked room with continental breakfast.Upon checkin receptionist advised that no breakfast was available because of lack of employee result of covid19 and room had no AirCon , an omissing when completing booking. ...View the condition we would have expected a discount ... they took covid19 as an excuse so as not to give the full service . .but maintained thier price . ..

Rooms are fine. The bathroom is old but it works good. The breakfast is AMAZING and the service in the dining room is excelent. For this I give 5☆

Asked for air conditioning two times and would not change rooms for us when I could see an unoccupied room across from us. This is 32 C with humidity.Carpets filthy. Sign indicated renovated rooms - not. Room smells stinky.Stay away.

Decent rooms. They were only allowed 40% capacity at the time, so few guests. Large restaurant next door, but sold out that night. Many eateries were Ferme" or "A Vendre" We ate at a gas station restaurant across the street."

Good motel located only a 15 minute walk from the St. Lawrence river.Reception staff were friendly and informative. Good waterfront restaurants and bars were only a short walk away. Good full breakfast at a reasonable cost was available across the street from the hotel.

This was our second time back to this motel post-Covid, and unfortunately, the business never recovered. Staff is missing on site overnight to address any issues, which was inconvenient since the snow removal company showed up at 5am and started filling the bed of my truck (& ski-doo) with piles of snow. The entire motel was woken up, and the front desk clerk didn’t offer me any compensation or help whatsoever. No breakfast was offered, and this is a city where restaurants are hard to come by, so it makes a big difference. Next door there is a much better hotel with nicer accommodations and friendlier staff who are kept on rotation 24/7. Unless you’re really stuck, don’t book a room here.
