Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill
This is my go-to place in kelowna. I always go with burrito bowl which keeps me full and energized for the rest of the day. Whenever i get in, Harpreet helps me with my order. She makes sure that all the options i go with are healthy and are in right quantities. After a few interactions with her, i know how to build my burrito bowl with all the ingreduents that i like. Thank you for the great food and service.

Absolutely love this place. Sometimes it seems like the meat is getting a little dry but over all everything is always fresh, the service is super friendly and quick and it's usually pretty clean. I will return often.

Took advantage of their Cinquo de Mayo deal and left incredibly impressed. I ordered take out to beat the (very long) line. Despite being slammed at lunch the staff were pleasant and attentive. Sometimes with a deal" you would anticipate skimping on the ingredients or a subpar meal. My burrito was the opposite - it was huge and bursting with flavour. This is one place worth going back to - even at full price."

Would rate 3.5 stars on the food if that were an option. Had a shredded beef burrito which was good but not great, the tortillas and guacamole for 2 were not good. The tortillas tasted stale, like old fryer oil. The guacamole was flavorless, couldn't taste any ingredients other than poorly blended avocado. Decor lacks a Mexican ambience. Service was good though, bathrooms and restaurant area were clean; easy and ample parking. Bottom line is we'll try a different restaurant next time we're wanting Mexican fast food.

JYOTI is the best burrito maker there. Huge portions, friendly, and happy! I will return (I don't say that ofter). Awesome food, and awesome workers.

Ordered a mucho size, was given a regular but didn't notice until we got home. I've talked to staff twice to make it right, they said the manager would call me, and he hasn't. Not impressed. Won't be back.

Did a online order and walked in to them not knowing of my order when it was right in front of them on the counter. Personal Music blasting from the back room over powering the music that mucho plays over the speakers in other stores. Cheap on ingredients also. Very disappointing.
