I like their Juice. They made fresh juice in front of us and it was so good. I also tried chicken roll per their suggestions and I didn't like it. That was the only reason I gave them 4 stars otherwise I should have given them 5 stars for the juice.

I used to come here all the time when I was younger. They used to rent videos and stuff but is just a food place now. It's not as nice as it used to be in that sense. But the food is still good. Banh mi is priced cheaper than most other places though is also smaller. But they do stuff the sandwiches with a decent amount of meat compared to others. I'm glad this place still exists after all these years.

I am in love with the flavors of the bubble tea and I really like how they offer popping bubbles to replace tapioca in case you don't like the tapioca bubbles or a option of Jelly. I always get a mix of two flavors ex) mango and pineapple or strawberry and raspberry and etc. The owners and staff are very friendly, always smiling and welcoming. This place and their other locations has the best bubble tea. Fresh tasting and you can taste the fruit flavors. I'd recommend trying their sandwiches, very affordable.

The staff was so friendly and the menu looked delicious. I ordered the Strawberry real fruit bubble tea and they were happy to accommodate me when I requested no milk.Portion size was great and the tapioca was fresh and the texture was heavenly. I highly recommend for tea, though I will be back for food as soon as I can.

I ordered a mango slush and I was super pleased with the bubble tea here, the pearls aren’t too hard while the drink has the perfect amount of sweetness. I recommend this drink if you love mango pudding because this drink reminds me so much of it!!

My go to place for slush bubble tea! So good! I always get the green tea - I should try more.The banh mi is okay. It's smaller than I expected it to be and it doesn't get toasted. But for the price of 3.95. However, their BBQ pork sticks are delicious and bun Bao !!!And great service.

They have great bubble tea but they messed up an order for my niece and told her to pay for another one because they wouldn't replace it or refund it. I can't help but feel like they took advantage of a child to make more money.

A very large selection of food, and bubble tea flavours. The employees are very sweet and friendly.The place is very clean and well run. By far the best bubble tea I’ve ever had, definitely recommend!!
