A positive sales experience at the Ajax store was completely undone by the rude and condescending behaviour their subcontracted delivery service displayed towards my 75 year old mother. I address the issues to the store directly and have received the most basic of apologies plus a bit of an attempt to shift their delivery guys’ lack of people skills away from him and on to my mother for having the audacity to be surprised at them showing up unannounced and unwilling to bring the furniture indoors. (I was apparently told this at time of purchase but I do not recall that)I had another item on order but I’ll be cancelling it. I can’t spend another dollar there anytime soon if this is the sort of companies they use to deliver their merchandise. It’s too bad, as I actually like their stuff.

Horrible first experience with this store. We recently bought a bed from them and was delivered missing a panel piece. This has resulted in my pregnant wife sleeping on the mattress on the ground for 4 days. Still no timeline as to when the piece will be delivered. I would avoid this place.

I seriously cannot believe all the negative reviews, I have had nothing but a positive experience at structube especially this location. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful and Jason, the store manager, is awesome. So glad a structube opened so close to home and will be purchasing more furniture from here in the future!!

Bought the King Ravel Bed and was pretty disappointed.Arrived two months late and was incredibly difficult to put together. I've put together furniture from Ikea, Lowes, Home Depot, you name it, but this was aggravating. No labeling, and they try and squeeze as many steps as possible into one picture.

Furniture store , can find collection different than other stores. Prices are fixed and comparable to Leon's and Bricks. The store is for display mostly. You have to order and they will deliver.

Customer service isn’t their strong suit! I walk in to the store in Ajax to be told their registers are closed and aren’t able to help any more customers. In the huge shift to online shopping what company actually turns customers away from in store shopping. Disappointing!

Are you kidding me?? The staff here are horrible at customer service. They literally provide zero service every time i come here. They just talk to themselves and are completely unapproachable and unhelpful. You feel very unwelcome the moment you step in and the employees look and then ignore you the entire time, even if it's clear you need help, and they just talk like their a clique in high school. Ridiculous! Go to Scarborough or Whitby to get a much better experience. This location should be shut down unless they work on the customer experience.

Horrible quality!I bought 2 queen size beds here.The 1st one fell in a few months, the beds legs couldn't support a 50kg woman!The 2nd bed fell in 2 years, same problem: design flaw. And I had to pay their mistakes.I will never buy anything here.

I love that this location is in a very busy strip plaza with tons of other stores (if you like shopping in an outdoor setting. My better half prefers a shopping mall). The selection isn’t as large, but it wasn’t out of my way, since I was already in Ajax. The sales staff were a bit MIA, but I only wanted to see if they had any new dining tables. The store itself is clean and well maintained.

I came in today, Feb 25/23 when the store opened (Ajax location), I asked about a bedside table and the sales rep brought me to the item. I liked it and stated I will take it, but then.... the sales rep walked away. I actually had to pick up the item and struggle to bring it to the register, from nearly the back of the store to the front. Now, I am 54, with arthritis in my spine and carpal in my wrists, so this was very difficult to do.I stated my age and how heavy the item was when I finally managed to get to the register but the 3 sales reps (1 a big male) just smiled at me as if I was joking. What if I had fallen with this item and hurt myself? Break a bone? Hit my head? Yes, you guessed it, a big lawsuit, and with camera's in all stores, it would have been a simple open and shut case, I would know, I work for an insurance company.NO store should let any customer carry a piece of furniture on their store property for this sole reason and I was shocked by this event. I believe they may have realized it as I went to get my car and the male sales rep came out with the item.I won't be going back to that location anymore, I would be worried that they would make me lug more furniture to the register to purchase.
