I want to thank Carly Corinthos from Royal LePage for her service and help in selling my aunt Pierrette’s house located at 111 McAlpine Ave.S, Welland. Because of Pierrette’s age and heath issues, she was recently forced to make the difficult decision to move into an assisted living residence, which meant having to sell her house that she had bought from her parents and lived in for over 75 years. This was a very stressful time in her life and not to mention the pandemic that we just went through. Prior to listing, Pierrette and I had met with a couple different agents and decided to go with another company. The house was on the market for 4+ months with very little action and with a continued decline in the market. That is when Pierrette and I made the decision to switch agents and real estate companies. Carly took over the listing and within a few days we noticed a big difference.
