Rainbow Vacuums

My wife was manipulated by rainbow salesperson because she is Filipino. The saleswoman and her went against my refusal and purchased a vacuum. The salesperson used fraud by putting down a previous job in another province for approval of credit.Sneaky lying people. Who use their culture to manipulate others.

LDG Enterprises of Burnaby, BC was found guilty of criminal fraud in a court of law. They illegally accessed our credit card and stole money. Do not give them your credit card information.

If i could possibly give a zero review, i definitely would. My advice for anyone trying to purchase this vacuum should stay far away from this company or their product. They hide information and won't tell you everything you need to know before and after purchase. If you buy this via their credit line, you just played yourself. The so called 6 months deferred payment plan is a big lie and deceit to make you buy but this will affect your credit score.

I have a rainbow srx just few months ago started paying monthly ....in the end going to pay over 6 thousand when I looked at parts and the machine online you can't actually get one for under 200$ ....this seems like a redicilous waste of money and I'm not happy I was gullable to fall for it ...it literally picks up as much as my bagless vaccum ...it's hard to pull around ...a pain trying to take it upstairs or to do a staircase .... having it work to its full potential it's very loud ...it doesn't collect the dust as the rep that came to my house said ...they get you to sign a contract and then won't even give you a new vaccum they give you the one they have been using to demonstrate with house after house ...so you don't receive new unused products...

Beware with this people. Search it first in BBB. I agree for a demo because my friend asked me. They let us sign some referral thing that if you refer 10 person you could get the vaccum for free. Then later on realize that the vaccum was being sold by us ( they will fill up all the form by them self so you couldn't read it). Before the demo ends. I told them that I dont want it. So they let me sign the refusal form. Eventhough you sign the refusal form. They will still check your bank account. I dont know why this kind of people still exist during this kind of pandemic. By the way. The vacuum will cost 5k. So beware.

Jacob was amazing, very personable and knowledgeable. We bought the big guy and am so excited to start living clean!!! Thank you for the eye-opener (and also dust and dirt nightmares) :P

Stay away from these people!! If they call and tell you that you are qualified to receive an air purifier for free DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE! They will try to trick you into joining their stupid program to get the 5K vacuum for free, basically asking you to scam more people! I don't know why this scam still exist. So beware!!!

The product makes a lot of noise; hard to move around with it because the vaccumis heavy. ; the purchase price is expensive; $3,750; financing rate is ridiculous 24.9% per annum. (Totals $5,800) This is the worst finance decision I have ever made . I regret ever involving myself with rainbow. I was never informed by the sales person that it's final sale. Stuck with it for the past2 years.

Sorry just to be clear about all the Bad Reviews, just check you receipt or invoice is that LDG ENTERPRISES INC. Because 100% your referring the other Rainbow office that from Delta office.

Best product ever. Reasonable price for people who VALUE THEIR HEALTH. Health is wealth. The product MUST HAVE in this pandemic because it can sanitize your indoor air. Since I got the product 3 yrs ago, our household is Cough-Colds FREE.. No more suffering from allergies and boosted our immune system. Health is a choice.
