Dr. Jim made time to see me on a late Friday afternoon after I scratched my cornea, and helped me to a full recovery. I had sent my husband to another optometrist in town a few months earlier and two glasses she prescribed him didn't work. My husband then came to see Dr. Jim who expertly and thoroughly helped diagnose and prescribe the proper corrective lenses. The doctor is very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly, I highly recommend this office!

Great Service from Dr. Jim. He’s been my eye doc for years. Friendly and very thorough. He helped me with my headaches as they were eye strain. Our whole family even the kiddos get their eyes checked here and we live an hour away. Highly recommend booking an appointment and there’s a small selection of eyewear as well at his office.

I called them randomly just checking General prices for glasses and an exam. They were by far the most kind, professional, optometrists that I came across in this town. When I had my appointment. The dr was amazing and funny. Educated me, was so helpful. I didn't spend a lot and it took within a few weeks to get my glasses. Fully satisfied customer here.

Best customer experience. Very professional. Highly informative. Surprisingly quick: eye test and selection on Friday - Glasses on Monday!I was a student at Trent University last year, after my old glasses broke a couple months before I took a chance on Kawartha Lakes Optometry. The headaches were terrible. I walked in by chance on Thursday, got an appointment next day. Dr. Yeung was incredible. Made me very comfortable, was attentive, engaged and - most importantly - patient. He courteously answered my questions and I left feeling taken care of.Sam helped me pick glasses that suit my face and speak to my sense of style. I went back on Monday to collect my glasses. Honestly. still shocked by the great service.

This is truly the best optometry clinic in Peterborough. They take pride in customer service and helping their clients. Brian and Sam are so welcoming and make the whole experience quite enjoyable. As soon as I arrived, Sam asked to look at my glasses and tightened them up and readjusted them- without me even asking. It was well appreciated! During my prescription check- Brian kept me laughing and took his time ensuring I had the right prescription for me. Do not hesitate to choose Kawartha Lake Optometry!!

We booked appointments not only for ourselves but for my inlaws from overseas and we were all very impressed with the expertise and level of care shown to us.
