I brought in my car seats to get upholstered and was told to check back with him within two weeks. Two weeks had passed and my seats were not even touched. When I asked for them back he wanted to charge me a $600 restocking fee. He said he would get them done by the next business day. I showed up and they were completed with one major problem. The fabric used on the seat was a different colour than the fabric used on the back. He said I was colour blind and to take them or pay a restocking fee. The owner was not reasonable. Words to describe him can't be used in this review.

At the recommendation of a close friend I tried Cascade for an auto upholstery project for the first time this year. I mentioned I was hoping for an 8 or 9 out of 10 job, and I received a 9.5-10/10 job. Price was exactly as quoted, and done in an extremely timely fashion. I'll gladly use Dale and his team again. Thanks guys.

I wish i had a pic of a motorcycle seat you did for my brother way back. Your shop was on 12th st NE & that seat looked amazing almost 3D with the flames. It looked damn good. Anyone that ever seen it always asked who did the work. You even had it at the Calgary motorcycle show.

Top quality, factory finish, care & commitment to safety, and timely, all at a fair price! Thank you VERY much to Dale and Cascade. I recently purchased a new motor coach with forward and rear facing benches. Each bench only included a single lap belt, in the middle. I required additional seatbelts for my kids and their car seats. Dale was able to modify the existing supports, adding two additional lap belts and a 3rd point child restraint anchor for all 4 belts. Extremely satisfied with the final product! A few pics included...

Unfortunately can't rate them, after the initial contact to have a convertible top put on my cutlass they were going to get back to me. Never did. Had degreeves do it.

Amazing work. Very friendly. Definitely recommend using them to get it done right. They put a headliner in my 74 VW bus. It is the worst job to do and they nailed it.
