I am a property manager, and foundation issues on homes are the last thing anyone in my position wants to deal with. Fortunately I worked with Nico to get my foundation repair taken care of. Nico is incredibly communicative and he makes sure to check in with me every step of the way. As the work started on my home, I was also fortunate to add Peter to my project team, as the foreman for the job. He and his crew worked hard and did a great job, they even closed some very big gaps in my brickwork, which is never something that can be guaranteed. I fully intend to use Aquatech Basement Waterproofing for another property.
