I would have put 0 stars if I could. Went there to take RP photos Wednesday and first, he wasn’t friendly towards me, he shows no value for his customers, doesn’t want to speak French, charges $10 for the files of the photos (for comparison the files are charged $3 at Jean-Coutu), his material is extremely old and obsolete, and he made me a picture with my head not straight. His store also smells bad. The photo wasn’t accepted for RP card.

Been going there for many years, I have never been disappointed. Very nice place for any ID picture or family portrait, good quality and service. Owner has many years of experience in this field as a professional photographer and speaks several languages. Prices are not comparable to other places.
