These guys were the only ones willing to come out in a blizzard to fix my water issue. 3+ hours of detective work and crawling around in tight, icky spaces and I had water! The plumber and his apprentice were both very professional, very considerate, and very nice men. Thanks so much guys!!

We have used Roy and his staff for years now on the advice from my Mom. Her husband, my Dad,was a longtime plumber in Belleville, so we trusted her opinion.Thankfully we did. We can put in a call anytime and they are here.We had a problem last night and Steve on his way home came right over ( end of day). Awesome!Steve has worked here many times and deserves much appreciation.Great guy, knowledgeable and neat. I have called 8 days straight to see if someone could look at my rental property in Belleville and all 8 days I got no response from anyone. Not professional at all. I would not recommend them to anyone. I wonder if these guys are even a actually business. I was recommended to them by a couple other plumbing businesses in belleville. Not impressed.

Super friendly, nice guy dealt with the owner. Extremely quick response. Great work ethic. Cleaned up well after the job great prices definitely highly recommend using him.

From Ella May AttfieldA beautiful thing happened.We called a plumber for a leak in our shower. He came within 2 hours in a beautiful new fancy truck.He troubled shouted for 20 min. He figured out it was leaking through the new grab bar that John had installed.He poured water on it and was correct. He said to undo it and put caulking around it.He charged nothing.I went outside to say thank you and tell him he was very kind.He asked me privately if John could manage the job himself.I was very pleased with it all. Emotional too.There are beautiful people in this world.

Called this company for toilet repair around 9 am..was told by whoever answers their phones they would message the technician and get them to call me. Most of the day went by with no response so I called back and again early afternoon and was told they would resend another message to the technician....well a week and 2 days has gone by with absolutely no communication from anyone at this company! I went ahead and called another plumbing co. who came the next day and repaired my toilet...Royal Plumbing was recommended to me for their work, however since nobody felt I was important enough to do business with, I cannot speak to that. I will not refer this company to anyone. Terrible customer service!

We were lucky enough to have a service man named Steve. He was polite, well kept but most of all so efficient and good at his job. He tackled each problem as if he was working in his own home. We will definitely be calling Royal again for any of our plumbing issues.

Excellent Service. 2 years in a row, I have needed emergency service for sump pump and drainage system in the middle of winter. Saturday in Jan 2021 and Christmas Day 2022. They got there in under an hour on Christmas Day 2022. As a result I use them for any non emergency work. I’m just a home owner, not a business and they come and help on holidays! They also helped me install a water driven back up sump pump system that was a game changer for less worry.
