very professional approach, I enjoy my training

Tellement une belle équipe !Pour ma part c’est l’entraînement a distance avec des suivis en personne de temps à autre !..Je suis tellement bien accueillis lors de mes visites et ce par tous les membres.on se sent comme dans une grande famille.Mais le plus important pour moi c’est que malgré que je fais l’entraînement à la maison je me sens super bien entouré et motivé. Coach Alex est fantastique elle répond rapidement a mes questions et mes inquiétudes. Elle est facile d’approche et amicale tout en restant professionnel. Puis il y a Marie-claude qui fait mes plans alimentaires, Un gros wow!! Elle a su m’apporter des trucs et un deuxième plan plus détaillé avec des idées puisque l’alimentation était une bête noir..Breff un gros MERCI à toute l'équipe qui à fait en sorte que maintenant j’aime l’entraînement Gym et qui m’aide à progresser vers mes objectifs .

Extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant staff. Exercising used to feel like a chore but I now look forward to my sessions with Alex and Vince on a weekly basis! Highly recommend.

I started training a month ago with Vincent. He is very knowledgeable and will do everything to make sure you reach your goals.In this past month, I have improved both physically and mentally. I stepped into the gym with no previous experience, I am far from being an athlete. I have never once felt judge or discouraged.Vincent pushes my limits every single session. It is absolutely worth the investment, no matter what your goals are. They will plan your training to make every minute worth it, they are very time efficient.The gym is super clean and I love that it is never crowded. I am a very private person and the one on one training is perfect for me.

An amazing team ! They are more then trainers, life coaches who take into account all the elements that make us succeed. Adaptable to injuries and real limitations we can have. I have been attending sessions for two months now and really enjoy the program Vincent has created for my specific needs. Extremely professional, organized and knowledgeable. The space is very well set up and clean and equipment is state of the art.
