Their employee Jamie is phenomenal. I was in search of a specific very limited product and she went out of her way to ensure that I got what I wanted. Super helpful, super friendly, just all around an amazing person. Upon picking up my order the staff were very friendly & welcoming. Was my 2nd time in the store, definitely would return again! I also noticed their pricing is a lot better than most of the shops around here!!

Summary: terrible/rude customer service and flawed delivery/online ordering system.After placing my order, there was no email confirmation or anything about my order, so I wasn't able to see the receipt or have any proof of payment. Secondly, I placed my order for 2pm - it is now 6pm and I still have not received it. I called the store and they told me it should come at 4pm, but still no update. I tried the chat" option to reach customer service. The pop-up said "usually replies within a day" and they haven't replied in 2 days. Why have a chat function if you won't even attend to it?Update: Called the store again at 6pm to ask about the delivery and they told me it was cancelled. The girl I talked to was incredibly rude and condescending. She immediately resorted to being disrespectful and argumentative. Is this seriously how yall treat customers? Smh

My delivery was cancelled but they still charged my credit card. Customer service has been extremely unpleasant and disrespectful. Give me my money back!

Friendly staff, super informative.The only thing I would improve is maybe improving the size of the stalk in the back as it seems alot of the time when I go here for what I want they have already sold out almost immediately after getting shipments, other then that. 4/5 and awesome!
