Beautiful regatta building and the lake is fantastic as well! The local rowing club is HQ’d here and today a ladies crew were out on the lake practising!

Rustic and modern at the same time. They feature a beautiful loft area that is quite industrial yet intimate, only accessible by ladder. Absolutely resplendent.

It was closed when I walked past on my trail walk up to Quidi Vidi. I'm no quantity surveyor but it looks like a practical kind of building for the purpose it was built. I would like to return for a big race day.
