We bought vinyl siding here. The staff were knowledgeable and always very helpful. A pleasure to deal with.

Their warranty department is non-existent. We ordered brand new windows with Monarch and had them installed. There are some minor repairs that need to be fixed as they came this way from factory. Monarch is dodging phone calls, emails and flat out lying to get out of doing any kind of warranty work. I would not recommend purchasing from this company as they will not stand behind their product.

The Team was amazing! I asked to be called 30 minutes ahead of arrival. They did exactly that and arrived on time. I asked for them to please stay off the lawn which made their day more difficult. They had no complaints and easily completed the job with no damage to my lawn. Overall great customer service. Would highly recommend .

Went in and found the front desk guy with the beard extremely rude and condescending. Went down the street to Everything Exterior and they were super helpful, informative with a nice showroom. Not sure how prices differ but it's very obvious where i'll be spending my money.

the guy at the front was super rude and stand offish when I was asking for the contractor rates because I was just opening up an account. Won't be going back anytime soon. There prices are higher than home depot witch is straight ridiculous to run a small business. I'll stick with Wayne's building supplies...

Great Company. Don't know why they pretend to be split with their roofing department that's just up a flight of stairs in the same building" like it's two different companies with the same name.Oh did I say it was a great Company

Had to drive here as nobody local sells their siding any more. Not a perfect match to my existing siding of the same brand and color. A little disappointed, but I can't afford to tear it all off and redo the house so I'll have to live with it. Very expensive siding as well

I've dealt with Monarch for siding (and some roofing) for a number of years. Everyone I've dealt with has always been super friendly, helpful and very organized. Highly recommend.

We purchased $20,000 worth of new windows from Monarch and after installation there was a little warranty work as some of the cranks were not functioning and the outside casing was cracked on one window when it arrived.Our contractor informed Monarch of the issues and requested a service tech to come out and inspect/repair as needed. 6 months later, we have heard nothing and it is now winter....not an ideal time to be doing repairs and especially repairs to plastic casing. Very poor service for the amount of money we had spent with them and also, very poor communication between their service department and their customers.

We bought all the materials we needed to side our house a month in advance from Monarch and told the man behind the counter what date we would need them by. He seemed almost asleep he was so checked out, but he confirmed the date with us and promised they would have the materials in time no problem. My husband called a week ahead to confirm the materials were ready to go and they confirmed that they absolutely would be. When we arrived to collect the product we purchased they told us they didn’t have most of we ordered. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and uncaring. I would highly suggest exploring other options. We called Roofmart and they had all the products we needed available to pickup immediately and for a better price.
