Pasta Forever

Had the eggplant parm sandwich (delish!) and took home a leek and wild mushroom lasagna for a weeknight dinner. It, too, was exceptional! I can't believe it took me so long to pop into this awesome little neighbourhood spot. I will be back.

Beautiful store and amazing pasta and treats!!! They have tables out front in summer which they kindly let customers with a coffee from Cygnet next door use as well which is just the gracious neighbour we all want to have and to be. Highly recommend seems like lots of love goes into each dish <3

Had lunchie here during the week and it was EXCEPTIONAL. The mini cheesy garlic focacc scooping up that last bit of sauce from the pasta was a MOMENT

What a great little shop. Needless to say, the main draw is their fresh handmade pasta.I tried their lunch and it was simply a really good plate of pasta, cooked perfectly. Likewise, I've cooked their pasta at home and had great results.Plus there's a nice little selection of drinks and other goods. Highly recommended.

I'm not typically a fan of handmade pasta - i usually find it so heavy ...But my GAWD, I just got a container of their pasta of the day, ravioli with butter sauce and it's sooooooooo good.Definitely a hidden gem!

Some of the best pasta in the city hands down! Made fresh daily with a lot of care, they offer meal-kits to go or they'll happily make it for you there at no extra cost.Aside from pasta they offer fresh baked goods, deli sandwiches, and a curated selection of high quality pantry goods.They change up the menu weekly and I was lucky enough to try the mortadella tortellini, which is some of the best pasta I've had anywhere, including Italy!If I lived in the neighbourhood Pasta Forever would definitely be a weekly staple!

i absolutely love visiting pasta forever. the weekly lunch specials are always delicious, especially complimented by a focaccia and one of claire’s famous brown butter ricotta cookies. the grocery items are thoughtfully curated- I love taking home a luxury pantry item.

Our first time to Pasta Forever was with my wife and my parents to redeem a Christmas gift for a pasta making class. It was a fantastic experience! We arrived to a fresh Foccacia with charcuterie and cheese to enjoy while we settled in. Then we started our pasta lesson and prepared our dough. Jess is clearly very knowledgeable and talented.As our dough rested, we headed back to our table and fought the urge to fill up on Foccacia. We then rolled out our dough, added a mixture of ricotta and basil and cut our raviolis. We all had a lot of fun and were pleasantly surprised by our results (a testament to Jess’ teaching). Jess then cooked up half of our raviolis and plated them beautifully for us to enjoy dinner. And we still have the rest of our pasta to make at home. It was a really unique experience that we highly recommend!

I just spent a month in Italy. But the best ravioli I’ve ever had was from my neighborhood store, Pasta Forever. Way cheaper than a plane ticket, if you’re craving authentic pasta!

Cute little pasta shop in the city. Jess makes delicious fresh pasta daily and other goodies! Well curated Italian grocery section too! Great spot for lunch or if you want to make a fancier dinner at home. A must visit!
