Staff were rude. Not a good group of staff at all. Cashier was especially grumpy and I have no idea as to why she is working there!! Don’t enjoy looking around in there as well.Not a good atmosphere in there.

I love this store. It is always clean and organized. I can usually find everything I am looking for, but if they don't have it they will order it in for you, which usually takes a week or so. The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store.

Always enjoy my visit to home hardware, large store, I can usually find what I’m looking for. Love the seasonal section outside. Lots of great deals, good selection. I would recommend to others!!

Can only give a four star because of only being there a few times. However found the store to have plenty of hardware items and so much more. Makes for interesting isle cruising. Staff seems knowledgeable and very friendly. Not aware of there lumber supply and variety. Had no need to be in the yard. If the inside represents the outside s/b great.

I have needed to stop in here several times when in Vv. Has a surprisingly wide selection, a really large inventory for the sq. Ft.Staff have always been super friendly and helpful in pointing me in the right direction.Think i had popcorn offered to me as well, if u recall correctly lolGreat store!

Had a pipe burst on Boxing Day and all the hardware stores were closed in Valleyview. Got ahold of them through Facebook and the owner drove all the way into town to get us the part so we could get the water back on in the house!Exceptional!! Again, Thank you so much!!!
