The room and building are clean. Lots of space to spread out. I was able to get my Roku from home to work with the motels computer. Good place to stay overall. They have hot breakfast, but the I have had much better breakfast in other hotels. The sausages taste like they passed the best by date quite a whole ago.

Booked for 1 night. Parking was a little bit of a challenge. Drove around a bit to find where the hotel parking was. Digital key worked well except for the ice maching and it was deactivated at 9:30am before we got back to the room after breakfast. The room was very dimly lit. The work station would be a challenge as I had to turn on my phone flashlight to see the buttons on the phone to call the front desk. It would have been nice if they advised where we could find the glass, dinnerware and utensil. After finally inquiring, was told they were all in the dishwasher, which is great...just let the guest know without having to call the front desk.These are easy fixes.The room was spacious and well layed out.

Half the time I stayed there the washing machine and dryers were out of order, the swimming pool heater has been down for over 7 weeks , and someone was have a private party in the gym every Saturday and Sunday from 11 to 3 which is BS. The amenities are for everyone to use. Not no private party. We were told to go to stay bridge suites to use there washer and dryer .

Well situated hotel with comfortable beds and useful kitchen. MUST call ahead to be sure you are getting an accessible room. Decent service. Would stay again!

A hotel I'll never go to again. The temperature in the room was very low, and when I turned on the air conditioner for ten minutes, I felt dizzy and hypoxic. The air conditioning pipes were not cleaned, resulting in a certain harmful gas exceeding the standard. After reflecting with the staff, I changed three rooms, and this situation still occurs in the future. It was 1:00 am, and they let me change hotels by myself without any compensation. I stayed up all night in this hotel, afraid I would suffocate. After communicating with the manager the next day, he refused to help solve the problem because no other customers had reported it. I had to check out early. Other facilities are also very old, and the Internet speed is very slow.

Everything was excellent. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was really good even though it had limited options. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel was amazing. Great location in terms the f getting to the Convention centre and near by restaurants.Concern was the homeless in the area but not a Hotel issue

Hotel or condominium? The room has a really good kitchen. Big fridge, lots of storage, electric stove top, good counter space. The room has a spacious bedroom with an office space. Bathroom has large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap.The complimentary breakfast every morning is very convenient and has cute mini pancakes!The location is conveniently near the Hamilton sign tourist spot and city hall. Perfect for tourists!

This is a really nice hotel. Clean, modern interior, good amenities. We got a spacious corner room on the 12th floor with a perfect layout and a nice view. Breakfast was a good set up with options too. Easy walking distance to the arena.
