This location could use some customer skills.Had a relative of mine come in to ask for a UPS envelope and the clerk would not give him the envelope unless he shipped the package right at that moment.Attention management. I called UPS head office and inquired and they advised that UPS envelopes are free and you are required to provide them to the requesting customer regardless of whether or not they will SHIP AT THIS VICTORIA ST LOCATION. Train your staff better as the clerk at the counter confirmed that she would send an envelope and all she did was provide a waybill after spending some money earlier in the day photo copying.Contents of packages are private and sensitive especially in this case but your employee insisted that we package it at this location. Contents ( Court disclosure)Avoid this location. I was so upset that I ended up using FedEx that’s 25 mins away.Your employee wasted 2 hours of my time. You will get my honest review here.Edit.Thanks for correcting my spelling mistake. Just to be clear, I did not threaten anyone in shape or form. I asked for a express envelope and I did not get it not once but twice. Its not your job to tell me how to package, ship or where to ship my package.Furthermore, I intended on shipping this parcel at your location. You are making false claims about making threats. IF YOU HAVE RECORDED CALLS YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO THEM.I did however call your employee ST PD and that I believe she is. I was super clear about my communication with her.You should STOP making up lies to make your store look better and tell the truth.

Always a great experience at this location . Such friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Annika was the lovely person who helped me today and was just a breath of fresh air. Her service is exceptional and I am so happy I chose to use UPS again for my parcel delivery. I would highly recommend using this location :)

Disgusting. Just Received a message from UPS driver. I was informed this person was not able deliver my parcel. I have been sitting in my home all day waiting. There was nobody buzzing my door.I have spent the last half an hour trying to get through to UPS. You can't. . They block themselves from customer contact.

Feb. 16 notice left that UPS left a parcel but I was not home. Feb. 17 went to UPS to pick up parcel but they said the supervisor signed it in from driver but store clerk could not find it. He said once found UPS would deliver as it was their error. After holiday I called Tuesday Feb. 21 lady clerk said I would have to wait until noon and the drivers came back.. Noon no one answered phone left message. Now the story is parcel found as drivers say the parcel has been placed back at store I guess not. Why????????? They say they can't deliver back to me like promised as this wasn't really UPS????????? Terrible service. Not clothes in parcel but medical device. So upsetting to an older person on their own.
