Had trouble finding location as Google maps couldn’t pin point. Access is off New Park Place beside the VMC. Good service and adequate parking.

It's a decent service, but the staff seem to regularly be away. I understand they are required to take breaks under the ESA, but a relief should be arranged. It's frustrating...

LOCATION MOVED: it’s now on the north east side of the SmartCentres building. Entrance is from the east. Good clean location, just took a while to find it. Parking is free and located on the north side. Access is from the north side and is not attached to the paid parking. Other than the learning curve on where to enter and park, the facility is clean and the staff were friendly. No issues.

Went for a Fed-Ex/DHL drop-off. The process took more than 1 hour, despite the store being empty on a Sunday evening. There was one other customer, besides myself. Also, the staff providing the service was not completely aware of how to provide a comprehensive level of service, there was a difference compared to other DHL/FedEx locations where the staff are more knowledgeble. Have to acknowledge though that the staff working there were courteous, specially the lady (did not get her name). Please provide better training to your employees. Time IS money and a drop-off should not take this long.

Have been using them since 2016, when they were working out of the storage containers. Have had probably 100+ packages delivered here and never one issue.I live in a condo nearby that constantly looses packages, this is a good alternative if you live close or pass by often.

Staff are ALWAYS friendly and courteous. Most times after greeting me staff are efficiently going to retrieve my packages. The only improvement I would like to recommend is a change in hours as sometimes packages are dropped off at the smart centre or returned for a reschedule due to shorter hours than other penguin pickups.
