Graceful Birth Doula Services

I highly recommend Graceful Birth to all moms- first child or subsequent. I have had the support of Sarah for the birth of both of my children and she is something truly special. Sarah has very calm energy which grounded me and encouraged me forward in the birthing of my babies; I cannot imagine my births without her by my side. I was able to have unmedicated births which I fully attribute to having Sarah present. She was a support emotionally and physically and provided hands on pain relief so my husband could be fully present with me.

I was pregnant with my firstborn and was very worried about labour, birth and the whole having a baby. Getting a birth doula was the best decision. Nadia was so helpful and supportive. She listened to my concerns and calmed my fears. Nadia was the main reason I didn’t need an epidural during labour.After the baby was born, Odette was helping us getting through the first 2 weeks of post partum. Honestly without Odette, I would have a serious case of post partum depression.We also had difficulties with breastfeeding early on. Baby was not latching properly due to tonge tie. Plus, I was struggling getting baby back to breasts. Caitlin, the Lactation consultant, guided us through all of the breastfeeding issues. Baby is 5 months old now and we’re still going strong with breastfeeding.We’re very grateful to Grace and her team for their assistance and support. Our daughter is growing and thriving and is a little bundle of joy.

I can't recommend Graceful birth enough! The support I received pre-labour, during labour, and post partum was incredible. Grace was informative during the planning stages (we created a birth plan). During labour I really benefited from the hands on (and emotional) support. After delivery, I was supported so well while learning how to breastfeed. Grace even made me healthy breakfasts during the post-partum visits. Definitely worth the investment for the support you receive.

Graceful Birth was an absolutely amazing resource for placenta encapsulation services. Communication prior to birth was quick and clear and very helpful and I was so impressed by the care in which Grace prepared our postpartum package once our daughter was born. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you!
