Usually it's a great place. Today the person I talked with was so positive they new what I wanted they didn't bother listening to me and the part was wrong. Then there was no effort to look up the part or check stock at a different store. So I left called around and found what I needed at a different supplier.. But normally their pretty good.

Probably my favourite tool store in Calgary. Helpful staff, great selection of quality stuff and friendly staff. Always a fun part of my day when I get to go here. Some of the staff have been there a long time and know there stock like the back of their hand.

I needed some power tools and went here for the first time. I'm not sure if I trust myself to go back - they have so much stuff!! So many tools and accessories and just wow! And the prices are good.Dana helped me out and was very friendly. She was able to get me everything I needed. She went several extra miles (and I think multiple stair trips!) to make sure I had all accessories I would need.I left the store and was able to set up my stuff without that oh no I didn't get x

Got a little confused which store had what I was looking for in stock. Had to check a second store and what a difference! Friendly staff, an actual store not just a service counter and sales staff in a back warehouse. During these times of supply chain delays. Awesome job no pressure.

Everytime I visit Calgary Fasteners I am impressed. Quality tools, plenty of stock and friendly service. Was in there yesterday, and David helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and was very friendly and professional with his customer service. Picked up some stainless steel hardware, which was terrific quality in comparison to the big box stores inventory. Reminds me to support local businesses who work hard to earn my business!
