Always get a deal when i shop here. Prices are slightly higher but is well worth the styles as well as the service is very quick and knowledgeable. If been using this store for years and very time i get a new suit here i am very compliments on my suits. Highly recommended.

The vast majority of my wardrobe comes from RW&CO and that includes both business and casual wear.Sadly, I am rarely ever greeted and in the odd case that I do have a question, the employees seem totally unenthused. The White Oaks store is far superior in terms of customer service.

The store manager Chris and the associate Jennie were absolutely amazing. I’ve been to this RW many times and am always supported by a knowledgeable staff that provides top-tier customer service. This time I went in for a suit and they provided excellent knowledge in regards to how the suit should fit, both individuals were more than pleasant to be assisted by an overall I was completely satisfied - thanks again!

First time shopper, had a great experience. Helped with sizing, great recommendations for pairing items. I'm sure like everywhere your experience may vary day to day. For me a solid 4 star experience, and they had a 40 off sale so plus one on that

The clothes are usually very nice, and generally a few things catch my eye when I visit the store. No deals to be had unless it's around Christmas time/Boxing Day etc. The customer service here is pretty terrible, out of all the times I have been in the store, I have NEVER been asked if I needed help or a change room. It's a turnoff and makes me not want spend on overpriced clothes, especially when there are lots of other options in the mall.

Great store, nice layout, great quality clothing and I love the sales. It is pretty expensive so the sales are a great opportunity to get good quality clothing, mens and womens, for a reasonable price. The staff are really nice and willing to help/make recommendations. Overall one of my favourite stores in masonville mall!
