Brought my phone to get the screen repaired, the work was done but the screen used wasn't of the same model and there's an obvious gap in the top of my screen now where light passes through. In addition the ear speaker no longer worked and I had to return the phone to have that issue fixed as well. Upon receiving the phone they had punched a hole in the screen covering the earpiece and blamed it on dust, despite the issue not existing until the screen repair. After a couple days using the phone my LTE connectivity started having trouble any time the phone gets warm (i.e use in warm weather after removing it from a pocket or in sunlight)I went back again to the store to ask for a refund and they denied that the screen change could cause this issue (an easy Google search says otherwise). They therefore denied me any refund and told me to call the police or to take them to consumer court.
