DC Crew developments are very honest and transparent. They do great work and are very easy to work with. My experience with them has been very enjoyable and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs done or a build of any kind.

I used DC Crew for a new duplex build and was very happy with the process from start to finish. Denver made things extremely easy for me, communicated well and completed the project on time and on budget. The high quality of work and attention to detail is evident and I would highly recommend them for any project. I will definitely used them again in the future.

This is the third house we have built and by far the best experience hands down. We would not hesitate to build another home with Denver, owner of DC Crew Developments. We got four quotes in total. Two from top builders in Central Alberta and two from smaller builders which included DC Crew Developments. We immediately crossed the top builders off of our list due to how expensive their quotes came in. We chose DC Crew Developments because we were happy with the quote and Denver is so easy to get along with and professional. He is an easy going, honest, transparent, straight forward guy and just made the building process so easy. From the beginning to the end the communication was impeccable. If we texted or phoned, Denver replied almost immediately and always followed through with answers to our questions. With every house build there are always hiccups along the way which can be very stressful at times. Denver just had a way with putting us at ease and if there were issues he would always make things right. We had a great working relationship which included compromise on both sides. We had very specific goals for this home and we were very meticulous. Denver chose some very outstanding trades and worked very hard to meet our goals and expectations. Another nice thing with a smaller builder is that they are on site almost everyday making sure trades show up and work is getting done. We were also allowed on-site daily and were able to catch things early on that weren’t correct and could easily be fixed in the moment. So if you are building a house give Denver a call, you will not be disappointed. We received excellent service and he built us a beautiful home. DC Crew Developments was amazing to work with. They came in on budget, the quality of the work was outstanding and it was all completed on time. There were a couple of things that came up during our major Reno (tore a wall down and updated the kitchen and living room) but Denver and his team were upfront and were able to manage these items easily.
