We called CSL based on a recommendation from a construction / renovator that we trust. Chris came out right on time to inspect our system and gave a thorough inspection. Rather than try to drum up business, he gave an honest assessment of options that ultimately resulted in us not proceeding. Truly appreciate his integrity. Would highly recommend his services.

I had tried to clear a kitchen sink drain myself and broke the snake off inside the pipe. Chris came the next day and recovered the piece of snake inside the pipe. Spent an hour and a half trying to unblock the problem but couldn’t break through the ice. Gave me a name of company that would steam the pipes. Left my place and said there is no charge. Refused to take 75.00 for his time. WOW, haven’t seen service like Chris…ever!

We experienced a clogged drain and, of course, it happened on the weekend. Chris and CSL to the rescue! Chris arrived within 40 minutes of my call, as promised, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He is clearly very knowledgeable about the workings of the plumbing in a home and knew exactly where to look for the problem. He also provided advice on future maintenance that should be done, given the age of our home. I highly recommend CSL. If you need a drain unblocked, please call this company!

Chris is very knowledgeable and prompt and got our old house's sewer and drain lines all nicely cleaned out and functional again. While working on that he discovered that our house sewer line was broken (no surprise in a 60+ year old house) and gave us very useful advice about finding a contractor to dig up and replace that line. He also checked back in with us a week or so later to make sure our drains were still working well, and that we had found a way to proceed with the repairs. (We ended up going with the contractor he recommended, since they also impressed us with their knowledge and professional attitude).

Chris has saved us on a couple of occasions and we are so grateful! Sewer backup is a unique kind of stress, especially when you have no idea what the cause could be. Chris responded to our calls almost immediately, and on both occasions was able to come the same day (once within the hour). His demeanour is pleasant, his work is efficient and his prices are very reasonable. We'll be calling him every 18 months or so to clear the invasive roots out of our hundred year old pipes!

When our sink began to back up, I had visions of digging cutting down tree's and replacing main pipes. CSL's camera proved I was wrong, and it was just a very bad blockage! We now have water running, (and draining), again at A VERY REASONABLE PRICE!!!

Excellent pricing, honest, and responsive. My basement floor drained backed up with sewage. I had to call into work last second and start the hunt. My mother and I had called numerous places, with a range of quotes from 450$ to 1230$ !! Finally I found this fine, independently operated company, and was given a flat rate quote. The gentleman showed up the same day and got it done in less than hour, and no joke - flat fee with tax. CSL saved my butt. Great business, takes pride in entrepreneurship, honest and straightforward, and reasonably priced!
