Paid for the test, mailed in the sample, went to track it and they cancelled the order for non payment even though money has been charged to my card. Scam. Stay far far away. Charge back forthcoming.

Easy ordering process, received the test kit quickly and received test results quickly too! Found this company that offers a suite of tests for very affordable pricing - definitely a 5 star find!

Actually, I can start with a suggestion: how about changing the name of the company to TEST YOUR TOLERANCE" to a lousy provider of services. We submitted the samples

Scam confirmed: Lots of concerns here to report: First the Canadian site states you will get your kit in 1 - 3 days. It doesn't say the kit will ship from the US. It arrived in 2 weeks. Next, the kit itself is pretty cheap looking, with different branding, pretty sure the instructions had some typos/grammar errors in it. Once you do the test, you mail it to Quebec. Once it's arrived by mail in Quebec, the company will then mail it to the UK. That stage (mailing to the UK) can take 21 days, as I was told by a very unhelpful agent Alex". He didn't specify if this means 21 business days. He showed me a screen capture from the website that the testing is done in the UK

I can confirm this is entirely scam. I did the allergy test. So first as the other comment said it took 2 weeks to ship the collection kit from Florida to Ontario, and another 2 weeks to ship the sample from Ontario to UK. So the time from order to result is ~1 month.More importantly, the result is completely BS. I am extremely allergic to house dust mite for my whole life, but it showed 0 reaction. I was never intolerant to soy, but it showed a 4 star allergy.I just spent 150 bucks for a randomly generated result. OMG.DO NOT BUY.

It took forever to get my results. I even paid extra to have them rushed. I had to contact them to see where my results were, they forwarded my complaint to the supervisor. I received an email the next day apologizing for the delay and that my results would be delivered within the next 7-10 business days. They showed up the very next day. So far I am not impressed with the results. I still have to do the blood test version, maybe that will change my mind!!

Everything is fake about this company. Do not buy anything from them as you are wasting your money.

Scam, stay away, website stating kit should arrive in 3-4 days, arrived 1 month later and to get a kit I need to pay duty taxes?! Sent bunch of emails, asking for refund - no reply. Will be reported to all institutions that website would be shut down.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Took over a month to get results and they were PHONEY!!!! I am aware of 3 allergies that I have and none were listed, clearly this company is a scam!!! I was supposed to get a refund for not receiving my results, but as soon as I recieved them the live chat operator" advised me that the supervisor would contact me "soon" FIVE TIMES!!!!!!!!! Highly advise ANYONE and EVERYONE to not even bother with this joke of a company! I am honestly so fed up. The results are so fake."
