Staff members were quick and efficient. The tester explained the results to me, and she also gave me some information about tinnitis.

The audiologist is pleasant yet very professional. The result of the test was explained and all questions answered. I did not feel that she was trying to sell the hardware. When/if I do need aids, I will return to this location

The staff at the Hearing Life clinic on Bank and Hunt CLub were amazing, equipped me with hearing aids in time for my trip, which took place only two days after the test. Would never have believed it if it didn't actually happen!

So I had to get a hearing test done up for a police application, and another one done for another application. When I called and asked about having my previous results from 3 months ago put on my new application they said they can't do it because the doctor who did the test is no longer there and that I need to pay to get a completely new test done. I've noticed this type of thing with medical offices, some will just fill out the paperwork regardless at no charge, others charge a small fee and others like this place force you to take a completely new test.

A Veteran, I went to this ListenUp location after being ignored or patronized at other more high profile hearing aid centers. The staff at ListenUp were amazing! The Audiologist explained every part of the testing, in the end fitting me with a wonderful and largely invisible pair of aids. The support ever since has been first class and Shannon, who is the receptionist and all-round front office person, always is on top of my file and the supplies I need from time to time. Thanks ListenUp, a job well done!

I see the reviews but the experience is totally different. Receptionist is super rude and just turned us away for being on time for the appointment. I spoke with them twice and she never mentioned to show up 10 mins early to fil out documentation. Email was sent on April 4th to fill out paperwork and no follow-up happened after that. Its all about people. If you are looking for super rude service. This is your place.

I went to this HearingLife branch for a hearing test from Isabella Patraconne. (I was having difficulty hearing my young grandchildren and Isabella confirmed that my upper range of hearing and clarity of speech was deficient.) She suggested that I would benefit from hearing aids and helped me through the selection process. I was provided with a 30 day trial and today, I decided to purchase the hearing aids. Isabella was excellent from the get-go, explaining how the hearing aids would help me and bringing me through the process of how to use and maintain the instruments. She is such an excellent listener and her demeanour is professional and caring. Thank you so much Isabella!

The reviews are great, and I wish I had had an opportunity to meet the audiologist. Unfortunately, the receptionist required me to sign a document authorizing release of my info to third parties, prior to any testing. I did not wish to do this, so was given no alternative but to walk out without testing.NB I have no problem signing a release to the relevant people at the appropriate time, but this was an unfortunate introduction.
