I really enjoyed my experience here which says a lot because buying a car is something I usually dread. Gus and Louie are fantastic...friendly, down to earth, honest, no pressure. I bought a 2008 Ford Focus, 109000 km, one owner, no accidents at a very reasonable price and I'm really happy with it. They informed me when I bought it that the windshield washer fluid dispenser wasn't working but that they would take care of it and they did. I will definitely buy from Capital City Motors again.

Update I am now getting told I am a friend of this person Kate which I have no idea who she is. Do you get that defensive with anyone who talks the truth about you?I never said I was a customer of yours I said I am looking to buy a car and was looking at your inventory but said because of your bad customer service I would not buy there. How the heck are you still in business????STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOSER FOLKS!!!!!!!Looking at purchasing a vehicle and reading ads and reviews and I come across a review you responded to with releasing someones personal credit rating and demeaning the person for using a warranty I totally believe in business`s replying but to bring up someones private and personal stuff is totally non professional, what is wrong with you? Are you 10 yrs old and acting out? I for one will be staying away from your business because of your bad attitude.

I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with Gus with a trade in and purchase at CAPITAL CITY MOTORS. He was totally transparent about everything, and never applied any sort of pressure. They went out of their way to sort out all the little things, and I walked away feeling great about the entire process from start to finish. Easy to talk to, and genuinely really good people. Next time I'm looking for a new (used) vehicle, I'm 100% reaching out to these guys first.

Gus & Louie helped me out tremendously throughout this entire process! They were patient and kind and answered all my questions.I’m not from Alberta and this was my first time buying a used car so believe me there were a ton. I was under a tight time frame and they prioritized the urgency of my situation- I was driving the car out of the lot hours after the safety passed.I stopped at close to 20 used car lots before coming here.
