Worst bank I ever dealt with

From the pictures, it looks like a really good bank.

Highly recommend Branch Manager Aziz Zaveri and Premium Banker Saisha Verma. They found resolutions to continue the banking relationship when another branch could not do so.

I spoke with Sandy and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the service I needed.

Today I went to HSBC for the first time in my life. I was serviced by an advisor name Yusra Shamin Khan. I do not know if it is for all HSBC or for just this branch but staff seemed friendly from the reception. The gentlemen who seemed like a branch manager (who brought us in extra chair for my parents to sit) was very kind. Yusra who serviced us, was very knowledgeable, very kind and very helpful. My home branch with HSBC is set to be else where due to applying mortgage through a mortgage agent but if i am going to do more business with HSBC (which i will) i will definitely visit this branch. My first impression with HSBC is great and Thank you Yusra Shamin Khan for all your help with everything today.
