The groomer did a great job with my fluffy cat, Sassy: they were able to get all the mats quickly without removing more fur than nessecary. My cat came home happy and tangle free. I would highly recommend.

I've taken my dog to Bloomingtails Pet Boutique before and they always do a good job. However, this time my dog was matted so I took her there. They told me they will have to shave her very short in order to get rid of the matted fur, I told them not to make her bald and trusted them. When I came back to pick her up, they literally shaved her completely bald, not short, BALD, and only kept her tail the same. I literally didn't recognize my dog when I picked her up. She was a fluffy cockapoo when I dropped her off and looked like a Doberman when I picked her up. I'm extremely disappointed and heartbroken and will never take her there again, not even to trim her nails.

We have a shih tzu and golden doodle we take in once every 2 months or so and we've always had a great experience.Our dogs aren't scared going into the store and are excited to see the groomers.The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and consistent in their hair cuts!

We have taken our goldendoodle to bloomingtails for over 5 years, and they have never been anything but professional and nice with us and our dog. We trust them completely to give our dog the haircuts she deserves, and works with us when she gets matted to ensure she is cared for appropriately. Highly recommend!

My dogs always look great after after their appointments with Bloomingtails. There is a quick consultation when I drop them off on what I’d like done and I am given a clear explanation from the groomers on what they can do for them during the appointment. The staff is always friendly and I feel comfortable leaving them there in their capable hands.
