Thoroughly recommend Willie, I had a broken watch strap which was a unique colour and every repair place I took it to refused to fix it & just wanted to replace the strap. Willie took a look and within a day, had repaired the strap, meaning that I was able to keep a extremely sentimental piece of jewellery in its original condition. Cheers bud.

My personal experience isn't great! It is taking its time for small repairs and we have to call constantly to check on the progress.You also say that you don't open until 10am, but commenting on Google at 7.30?I have a good understanding of personal health issues, but your business is out there, making it a business, I would suggest you to hire a helping hand but I know that's probably never going to happen. I will contact your customer to ask him if he wants any making up as your simply the next watch maker" who offers to make up

Hour Willie is probably the best hidden secret for knowing everything you need to know on watches. He is super friendly and works quickly. We took a brand new Hugo Boss watch (not cheap) to him to some links removed as it was too big and he really looked after it for a bargain price.Thanks Willie, you've now gained another loyal customer.

Really great service from Willie who replaced the battery in my Tag the day after I called him. Renewed the seal and gave the watch a real clean up too and all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
