Honestly terrible experience. Just disappointed with the over the top pretentious behaviour.

During my recent visit to Browns Shoes Waterloo, I couldn't help but notice the friendly and courteous behavior of the employees. However, despite their best efforts to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for customers, it was apparent that the work environment at the store was far from ideal. The constricted and oppressive conditions under which the employees operated left me deeply concerned for their well-being.It was disheartening to witness the limitations placed upon the employees due to poor management decisions. Whether it was a lack of sufficient staffing, inadequate training, or unrealistic expectations, it was evident that the employees were not provided with the necessary support to thrive in their roles.Additionally, it was apparent that the employees' creativity and individuality were stifled by an overly constricted work environment. There was a palpable lack of autonomy and empowerment, with strict adherence to rigid protocols and little room for personal expression. Such an environment can be detrimental to both the professional growth and job satisfaction of employees.However, it is regrettable to say the managers at Browns Shoes Waterloo, fell short of their responsibilities in creating a supportive and empowering work environment. Their leadership style seemed ineffective and failed to address the needs and concerns of the employees.I sincerely urge the HR team, to take these concerns seriously and make the necessary changes to provide their employees with the support and empowerment they deserve by first fixing the management and there discriminatory behaviour. Only then will Browns Shoes Waterloo be able to truly thrive as a business and deliver a superior shopping experience to their customers

Terrible experience. The management the worst.

Went with a friend who was buying shoes for a trip. Alexandra was so helpful! She had really good suggestions and did everything to make sure my friend got what she needed. I ended up buy two pairs myself! I highly recommend! She was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable!
