Can't say enough about Jim at Dow Garage Door. Called him at 9:30PM and was at my house the next morning and fixed everything for a reasonable fee. Called him a month later about another issue and he fixed that issue in a few minutes and didn't charge me! My garage door needs replacing soon (it's 14 years old) and I'll be calling Jim!

Jim went above and beyond! Our garage door collapsed on one side this evening and Jim was out in 15 minutes, fixing our initial problem and tweaking the rest of the hardware, to ensure our door was in excellent working condition. I recently had an unfortunate incident with my garage door, and I am compelled to share my experience with others needing garage door services. I wholeheartedly recommend Dow Garage Door Repairs for its honesty, affordability, and outstanding results. The incident occurred yesterday morning leaving a noticeable dent and rendering the door unable to close completely. I called several repair services in the area. Some wanted to charge me $50 just for a visit and inspection. Luckily, I called Jim. Jim offered to take a look at the damage for free. Within just one hour, he fixed hinges and locks. Jim definitely knows his stuff, and I would recommend him to anyone.
