The interview and hiring process was very professional and yet casual. The interviewers are easy to talk to and explain everything very well. I have also never seen so many happy employees, everyone seems to enjoy their jobs and all are treated with respect.

I found all of the HR and management team very helpful, informative and professional throughout the entire interview process. They always kept me in the loop as far as how my application was progressing in a timely manner. I also enjoyed them taking me for a tour around the plant and explaining Standard Aero's work procedures and also giving me a view of the work environment. All questions that I put forth to them was explained to me with great knowledge. I would like to say thanks.

I had an awesome experience going through an interview session with Standard Aero. Meeting the panel of interviewers was intimidating at first, but they immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. What I expected to be a tense and stressful question and answer session turned out to be the most fun and engaging conversation I had about the workplace and the job I was applying for. It was a privilege meeting the professional and friendly staff of Standard Aero. I had a great time.

The interview and recruitment experience was very positive; the staff was very friendly and always smiling. But I do have to say that it was a little bit intimidating at first to see 6 people in the interview room waiting for me. But it didn’t take long for everyone to make me feel very comfortable and it was stress free experience. In the end I find myself blessed and very grateful to be part of this amazing team.
