Wildly incompetent customer service. Order T8 light bulbs and was repeatedly sent the incorrect item. I even spoke to a representative before ordering since I needed to make sure they were compatible (T8 bulbs come in ballast bypass or using a ballast and I wanted to double check the type). Instead of the 4 foot long T8 bulbs I ordered I was sent tiny E12 bulbs.Errors happen and I'm ok with that but what kills me is that I wasted numerous conversations and back and forth with them. Repeated photo requests. Phone calls. It took over a month and they wasted hours and hours of my time for them to figure out what they messed up. Then they told me they were sold out. I want my time back.After this awful experience not once but twice have they called to upsell me or do other business. As if I would actively want to work with them.

Following up to leave a review as I promised I would.Acklands-Grainger made an authorized withdrawal on my credit card and shipped a parcel to my home. I called them and they admitted the error, but will not return my funds until they complete their own internal RMA and investigation as to why this happened. Will not ever deal with this company again. I advise anyone reading to make it known, and to be careful if you decide to give this company your credit card information in any form. I have reported them to my VISA provider, which has issued a claim. Will report back once the funds have been returned.

Order a respirator. I got a piece of the respirator?I didn’t want to deal with them anymore so I ordered the right thing off Amazon. Amazon delivered the right one next day.

I originally purchased 2 x 84 Weather strip that was delivered to my address by Purolator. One item was damaged and unfit for installation. Photos of the damaged item were included with the complaint. There was no reply via email to this complaint.I made a subsequent purchase of 1 x 84" Weather strip to replace damaged item. I picked up the item at Oshawa location and it had a curve in it from shipping but was usable.As long as they have your money

False advertising!I ordered a DeWalt bit, as the website advertised, and got a low quality different tool.Very disappointing experience and I don't recommend it to anybody, tool lover or professional, that need to trust the quality you're getting.

We received unsolicited spam-mails from them. It seems to be y highly dubious company.

First experience with this company. Central order desk was completely helpful. Got me through to tech support to verify the compatibility of the part and had it to our doorstep within 24hrs at a reasonable price.

Granger Canada or US is loosing their grip, just to make sure I get the correct item, I called and placed an order with live person, which the same item shows in-stock on their website, 6 days later after not hearing from them, I contacted to see where my item is. Customer service don't know where the item is and they are not sure why so many items show in-stock online but actually don't have it in stock. All they said is we can gladly cancel it for you and refund your money" this is suppose to be reliable company but at this point they are not even to be matched with individuals that sell on Ebay

I placed an order on their website. After almost immediately getting an order confirmation, I then waited almost a week with no word. Then I get an email that they've cancelled my order because they mispriced the item and wouldn't honor the price. Won't be doing business again with them.

Easily placed order with a guest account. Had an issue with the order and contacted customer service who immediately fixed the problem and had the item shipped to me that night! Amazing customer service. Definitely purchasing more from Grainger.
