This is the only company that did not do anything to return my mone instead they charged me 100.00 for absolutely nothing. Be very careful they were take your.money but if you have to cancel they drop you and treat you like a bum.They know how to charge but will drop you an charge you (they hold your credit card )and will just charge you f nothing. I will never deal again with a companylike this. Go directly to the cruise ships and book they will give you the best value. Denny

One of the worst sales experiences I have been part of, terrible process. Called in to set up an appointment no one got my name or number and was told to walk in. Walked in at the scheduled time and left with brouchures. Went to Travel Around the world see Kathy, great expereince booked two trips in one visit!!!!!!. To add to the damage, I work in sales and have an appreciation for being busy,develope a sales process.Weak effort for a business and hope someone can turn that around, if your looking for a call agent go here!!!!!!!!!!!!

We just got back from a tour of Kenya. It was awesome with a busy schedule everyday. We saw so much and did so much. Dave and Shelly were always there making sure we were taken care. Thank you for helping us when we had that emergency back home. We are still smiling when we look at the pictures we took.

We have been using CruisePlus for over 15 years. My husband and I have been extremely happy with the service and friendly staff. Fiona is great!! We have gone on more cruises than I ever thought we would and enjoyed immensely. We wouldn't use anyone else!

My wife & I returned from a 24 day cruise Oct. 1-Oct. 24th. (7 day Alaska & 16 days Hawaii combined) with Holland America. This was all done through our travel agent Dakota at CruisePlus she provided us with excellent service & patience due to covid restrictions she minimized the stress factor can't thank her enough & look forward to dealing with her on our future adventures. Booked our Alaskan Cruise on Holland America through Cruise Plus Travel & Tours after seeing their advertisement in The Vancouver Sun. Was very happy with the customer service and the prompt emails and correspondence by Dave Frinton. Excellent rates too. Would highly recommend using them. Waiting to go cruising.
