From consistent and responsive service to friendly and efficient manner this agency has earned high praise in my book. I have been using them for over 7 years now first in rental insurance and now recently in car insurance. Claims have been processed quickly in the past and we were appreciative to hear from them with all the various information needed for filling out car insurance applications. Could use a bit more one on one time but honestly completely understandable considering the pandemic and the accelerated timescales we all have to cope with.

For my most recent, Sumaira was particularly helpful in going over some of the changes in the plan related to vehicle replacement if required. Additionally the turnaround time for changes and updates is extremely fast and always handled pleasantly.

220 monthly for car for more than 5 years . You barely talk to this agent and her staff are very rude! Not only they can't control their voices and be professional. They even lie to my family saying its Government who deal the insurance. Not a good insurance place at all!
