Do yourself a favour and deal with Videotron instead. They have actual customer service department and cell towers that work in Gatineau.

I tried to get my laptop which has a LTE modem in it and a sim card slot added to my account and they wouldn't even give me the time of day to even pull up my account info. They told me to just use a wifi hotspot and went back to sitting around.Avoid this store at all costs, go to another one.

Service extra professionnel lors de l’achat d’un nouveau cellulaire pour mon conjoint qui s’est conclu avec un nouveau cellulaire pour chacun de nous deux! L’employé qui nous a servi, Jacob, était très courtois et nous a vraiment donné toute l’info nécessaire de façon claire et nous a aidé à faire nos choix. Nous en ressortissons plus que satisfaits!
