I called office many time, but they never answer the call , what are they doing there? The doctor is very nice, not front desk staff.

The doctor herself is very polite and helpful. But the receptionist gave me a hard time.. Tried calling her in July, left msgs, didn't call back. Isn't giving an appointment in Aug now saying you didn't contact in July. And it's urgent for me, not having a timely check up can affect my immigration file.i wish I had gone to some other clinic and not this one in the first place. Now I'm stuck.
