I Would have to say, one of the worst experiences dealing with a realty company, specifically Brad Edwards, first of all i took over a lease in mid December, during this short time, He has responded seldomly to responses, none being beneficial or helpful, including the fact there are no lights for the back of the house with worn and steep steps, same with no front light in the front lobby for all of winter, so you had to use a flashlight just to get access to your apartment. The sub lease would be considered illegitimate, because he couldn't include the basics, like the amount of rent each month, totally incompetent, then the so called renovations, meaning a bathroom door that cant open without hitting his improvement"
