I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff were friendly, facility was clean and up to date, and my nurse provided a friendly and comfortable experience. It is a great clinic for anyone in need if any physical and sexual health care.

Public health is encouraging my mom and I to have visits in a public area in the middle of a hallway where my sister who is disabled is vulnerable to Covid. When my mom asked for it to be changed, Public health did nothing and refused to intervene. It shows where their interests lie for the disabled population.

By far the best customer service that I have received via call in canada. I must have spoken to 5 different agents and each person was so patient, friendly, and helpful. Amazing customer service and short hold time. I truly appreciate such good customer service.
