Very Happy with this Shoppers Drug Mart so far. I stop in when I'm in the area. Usually by Chocalate Milk and Candy. Been good so far.

The return policy is unreasonable and lack of customer service!! The supervisor told me that headphones are on final sale and when I bought it no one told me that its on final sale! How would i know if the headphone works if I won’t try it! I am a manager too but i don’t do this, I consider peoples reason cause I know that not all products are working and in good condition or quality!!

My most recent interactions have been mixed. First, the pharmacist was fantastic explaining the medication for my husband who has a bad case of pneumonia. He went over everything. It was positive. Fast forward five days when he wasn’t getting better, his doctor sent new prescriptions before noon. After 5 pm they still didn’t have them filled and they would still need another 30 minutes. These aren’t refills, these is a brand new scripts for breathing and pneumonia! I use a different Shoppers pharmacy and never have this issue, ever. I can’t imagine needing more than 5 hours to fill prescriptions. They must be getting hundreds in their queue or be extremely slow if they can’t fill their customers’ scripts in a timely fashion. We will take future scripts across the street to PharmaPlus. The pharmacist there is very nice and helpful. Problem solved.

The worst, most incompetent pharmacy I've ever dealt with! Canceled my prescriptions, won't give me remaining prescription, tried to charge me $15.00 to give me what's remaining on a prescription until it's filled again. Looking for a new pharmacy asap! More screw ups than I can count. Will never return to that store for anything! I need medication daily and they left me with no medication. Where can I make a formal complaint?

Minimal commuication skills pharmacy techs. Rare to speak to actual pharmacist. Helping customer is not first priority. During software issues they make no effort to serve clients except pay full price

My husband went in to pick up my prescription. They only had 7days worth and that we would have to come back in a week for the rest. This has happened numerous times. On his return they had no idea what was still owed for what prescription. I have two different prescriptions and the pharmacy assistant relied on my husband to know which one. Told him to come back in ten minutes. He came out to the car and told me the situation and then I knew it was the wrong one. In I go to correct the error and all they wanted to do is blame my husband for their error. I was told I had attitude and would have to deal with the pharmacist. Pharmacist come over and I told him which one and he walks away with absolutely no comment. Needless to say we will take our business elsewhere. Where has good customer service gone?

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I have had nothing but problems with them. They can never seem to fax prescriptions to get refilled and it has left me having to pay extra for the pharmacist to refill my prescriptions, it’s almost like they do it on purpose just so they can charge me more. Have had that happen numerous times. And the staff is so rude. Multiple times I’ve called and waited on hold for over ten minutes and then been talking to someone and just get cut off as I’m trying to speak and then get hung up on before I’m even done speaking. Definitely would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone

I had a very bad experience with the Post office lady. She is in her retiring age and does not teach the juniors and had to see the way she was treating the new staff. Very rude and the attitude is as if she is doing a rocket technology job ..But the store manager Sherin is very humble and super nice , this post office lady is a monumental buffoon
