This Tim Horton's location is the most disappointing one I have ever visited. During my recent visit last week, I encountered numerous issues as they had completely run out of lids for drinks, as well as timbits, and ingredients for wraps. The only option they had left were stale donuts. I only saw one employee present during my visit. I had a similar negative experience a year ago when the place was infested with flies.

Ordered a small iced cap made with milk, and a regular croissant (heated), and both my orders were completely accordingly. I was in and out in no time. Good location.

A small service counter inside the gas station. A quick and well run drive thru. Staff are nice.

This place is so disorganized. The staff doesnt know the newer specials and cleanliness of the place is questionable. Saw a fly taking a break in one of the donuts today. I surely wont come back here even if its the closest tim hortons in my neighborhood.

The employees are fantastic. Always nice and friendly!However I am giving a one star because whoever is in charge of managing the amount of food at this location does a terrible job. Everything is ALWAYS sold out and we always end up going to another timmies for our things.

Very Very bad experience. Male younger staffs no responsible at all. I ordered 2 breakfast wrap and 1 lunch wrap. I got allthree of them and did not even mark outside which one bacon / sausage / lunch. I asked crispy chicken but they given me grilled chicken. When opened the wrap it was barely nothing inside I was so mad and took everything back and request my money back.The owners should take care of customers complaints. If they continue their services like this they will loose the business.

Consistently one of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Rude staff that gives you attitude if you take even a second too long to order. It has always been a bad Tims, unfortunately the closest to my house. The tipping point for me was my last experience.I ordered a sandwich and asked for no sauce.I got home (2 minute drive) and saw that there was sauce in it. Of course I went back, and very politely told them to please replace the sandwich. I even went inside so i didn't waste their time in the drive thru. They started telling me (very rudely) that I should've asked for no sauce in the drive thru (which I did, twice even to confirm). Finally, after an unnecessary 10 minute argument, they remade the sandwich. Overall, horrible service, disrespectful staff, and the sandwich wasn't even good.DO NOT RECOMMEND. Just drive an extra 5 minutes to a different Tim's.

Always friendly. Great service. My coffee orders are always accurate. BUT.....there is always so much litter and garbage all throughout the drive thru which makes visiting this location unpleasant. It's true people shouldn't be littering in the first place but this location has NO GARBAGE CANS anywhere (or barely visible). First, I'm asking visitors to be respectful and take your garbage home with you and not throw it out your car window. Second, I'm asking the owners or manager of this location to PLEASE COME UP WITH A PLAN TO deal with all the of empty cups littered all over the place. I honestly have never seen a Tim Hortons' drive thru this full of garbage. So many other locations like the one in King City is spotless and well maintained so it can be done. (They also have a sign saying they'll fine people $1000 if they litter).
