We stopped by the store on a rainy Sunday. The woman running the store was very friendly and helpful. She actually gave us recommendations for where to eat on our journey and even called ahead to make reservations for us.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Showed us all of the many tartans I didn't even realize my clan had and did some research on my wife's maiden name in the short time we were there.

Friendly and patient service, quality products at a reasonable price, and even knowledgable about where the locals go for good food and out of the way hikes. I honestly didn't think I'd find Harris Tweed here, so I'm very happy I stopped.

We felt very unwelcome by the woman in the store. She was following us with her gaze all the time as if we were going to steal. The store sells Tartans and other unrelated things. We felt better in other locations. Won't stop again.

We were on the Cabot Trail and called here just after 6. They were closed and still answered the phone. She asked us how far we were, and when we told her, she said that she would open up the shop for us anyway. It was a private shopping experience, and the gentleman was very helpful. We were all able to find some things for all of our families and it was an amazing experience. Thank you again so much!

Such a beautiful place crafts. They're clothing. What a beautiful place to go. Shop at your your venture takes you along the trail going into meet beautiful, friendly people. There's a restaurant nearby people here with at turtles and treasures are so sweet. I would definitely pay you than a visit. You won't be sorry.

Loved visiting this place on a drive around Cape Breton. It's interesting to find different Scottish and Irish coats of arms, and this store had all that and more. It's in a beautiful place. The salesperson was knowledgeable about so many things, and told us some family history.

Terrible service. Many of us on the bus felt rudely treated by this very unfriendly woman (middle aged caucasian) woman. We will share our feedback with the tour company and seeing other negative comments about this store we hope the bus won't stop there again. Not a good way to do business. The world is a bigger place now if you see what I mean!!!
