The Mobile Shop

We have dealt couple of time the mobile shop 200 Taunton Rd. (W) location and had pleasing experience in dealing with the sales rep at those events.However, this time dealing with sales rep name Dang was quite bitter. Mr. Dang has not been honest, transparent , cooperative and supportive in dealing with used iPhone trade-in. Mr. Dang put proposal for trade-in of iPhone XS Max at the value of 400,000 PC Points returning the phone in two weeks without laying down any conditions for the phone status. After a week plus my wife took the phone store, there was another sales rep, he inspected the phone and brought the value of trade-in to 356,000 PC Points.Then my wife decided to talk to Dang for his original proposed trade-in value. He reduced the value to 170, 000 PC Points saying that phone camera cover has crack, though the phone was seen by another sales rep of the same store a day before that my wife told to Dang. He replied that that sales rep does not know how to check the phone. when my wife reported this development to me, I checked the phone and saw a tiny foreign thing sticking on the camera cover, I cleaned it and the camera looked perfect.Following day I went to store but it was closed due to snow storm. I went next day with my wife and met Mr. Dang, now he said the camera screen has scratches though there are no visible scratch on the screen expect couple of finger nails light marks that one can see only high luminaire reflective light. I said this is a normal wear of used phone and you should expect it, you cannot have like a brank new phone for trade-in on PC Points. Mr. Dang insisted that turned my my mind off and I got upset.Following day I called the store and spoke with store manager and you know what he said trade-in offer values was valid for the day of purchase only and it goes down everyday and said that our business interest is to get the phone at lower price and sell to companies at higher price to make money that is everybody interest.I replied that I agree what you said but not at the cost of differing from the commitment you or your sales rep made and not cheating the customer for the falls assessment of phone conditions.I didn't tike the way Mr. Dang has acted showing dishonesty, if there would have been a zero star I would have chosen to award that mostly for the reason of Mr. Gang acts.One can see from the attached picture that there are no crack and visible scratch on the phone screen and decide yourself who is honest and what kind dealing this store has done with us.

If you come to this location do yourself a favour and ask for Jason. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was with my 2 year old son who grows impatient very quickly too and he was so good to him! Not only did I upgrade my phone today I also got an amazing upgrade on my phone plan. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. The best customer service hands down!

I had such a wonderful experience with Mathew and Owen today! Both a super friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond! All the best to you both in the New Year!

I am a very busy single working full time mom and your employee Matthew helped me make my sons Christmas. My son and I have been through more than one family should in the last year. Lost My husband and my father with in 10 weeks. Needless to say we both have lost the light in our eyes. Life’s little joys just aren’t like they used to be. Well I now have to work over time to provide for us both. So when I walked into this tiny store and Matthew said yes to everything. He literally made me cry. I was so pleased that I had to sit down because I was shaking so much.Your employee made the light in my sons eyes glow for the first time.From the bottom of my heart Matthew you are incredible and I wish you nothing but the best in life.Thank you, Amber Jean.

Matthew and Owen were incredibly helpful today when I needed to upgrade my phone. They made the best out of bad situations. Dang and Jason helped me so, so much when I came in with my cell phone for help, questions about usageBoth were so kind, patient and helpful. I so appreciate any help when I am not too familiar with the workings of the phone. They helped me to save data in various ways. So proactive.

The four guys working on Black Friday are a good team. Good attitude and sense of humour while working under pressure.
