Dr. Connor was amazing! Extremely thorough with the initial exam. It was my 1st time ever trying acupuncture and I was sceptical but Dr. Connor was very comforting and not pushy with trying it. First time in a long time I have very little sciatic pain can’t wait for my appointment next week!

Today was my first visit with Alison. Very professional and knowledgeable. She created an easy to follow program so I can begin my knee recovery… would highly recommend…very happy.

As always, Dr. Brooke was attentive, and patiently took in all my info on my health status before conducting a most helpful adjustment. Dr. Brooke is a very caring professional !

I chose Middlesex Chiropractic and Rehabilitation from their 5 star reviews on Google and I’m so glad I did.Alison Wiggers, the physiotherapist, provided me mobility-changing care. After seeing two surgeons at UH who could see nothing wrong on the imaging I’d had done I was told to undergo a 3 month physio rehab and if that didn’t work I’d have to undergo exploratory surgery. I was sceptical that physio would solve my knee immobility so reluctantly I made myself an appointment. I came away from the very first session excited at prospect that it could be solved. Leaving that first session I was able to walk without pain and had gained some mobility. As the weeks progressed I noticed a significant improvement in my mobility and I was able to move more normally than I had for more than a year and a half. Alison gave me the exercises, insight and knowledge to continue my journey to healing for which I am ever grateful. Alison is extremely professional , knowledgeable and compassionate in her care. She really does know her stuff!The whole experience at Middlesex Chiropractic is professional and efficient.I would definitely recommend using all their services if my experience was anything to go by.

Rebecca is the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. She’s so knowledgeable and explains everything she’s doing so I can understand. She knows exactly what hurts and where and I always feel better after a massage and cupping session. Her energy is calming and you instantly feel comfortable with her. I’m so happy I’ve found her!
