I am very unhappy with the way. I got treated after by the employees after I spend so much money there. I have been going to this location for probably close to year now within Kingston. I go every morning! I spend about 280 dollars there a month. One of the employees comes up to me and tells I can’t keep getting free drink…. I am so upset I couldn’t believe she said that to me. I spent money there everyday and she told me I am getting free drinks. One of the other employees was extremely rude to me told me not to touch their stuff I am dirty. I will not be going be there every again it’s horrible. I spend close to 20 dollars a day there and you treat me like that

Super slow service. I had to wait 25 mins for my drink the last time I was here. They also didn’t keep track of who ordered first so people who had ordered way after me got their drinks before me. I was also shocked this time that they wouldn’t let me use the washroom since I have used it here before. The one employee said I could then the other employee overheard and said no. The second employee also told me that she couldn’t guarantee that I would use it and not make a mess if I did use it, so that’s why I couldn’t use it. They should have a sign on the door since most Starbucks allow you to use the washroom. I would recommend coffee company or the Johnson street Starbucks location over this location.

It is minor but here you can only pay and get out. Natural people needs? They deliberately discontinued the access - told that I am welcome to City Hall...Ordered icy drink with Light Ice option - there you go - enjoy your 2/3 cup of ice... guessing that regular icy drink is a full ice cup.

Coffee quality is as expected. Likewise with the treats. Order took longer than it should to fulfill especially given that there was only one person ahead of us. What was nice was one of the associate deliver the order while we waited outside.

Once again, another pedantically slow Starbucks. Baristas move at a glacial pace, seemingly more focused on socializing with their coworkers than actually working expediently. Common thread with most Starbucks tho, albeit this tedious factor - staff are friendly and kind. Just wish they had a bit more hustle - waiting upwards of ten minutes for a coffee is really unacceptable.

Too slow. Prime downtown location, mid Saturday afternoon, only 2 people working. This is not a large location there are a few tables along with an outside 'patio'. Coffee actually tasted old. Shame. First time I have had a poor experience at a Starbucks.

We came in to get a Pistachio beverage and to use the washroom only to find out the had neither. NO CUSTOMER WASHROOM. What?It was also an hour before closing and closing duties were being performed in the main area, mopping mats and there were no tables or chairs?We left without purchasing. Most odd Starbucks experience ever.

This Starbucks location is fantastic. They really try to connect with you in all aspects of the experience. They don't have a public washroom and are just a grab and go due to that, and they explained it so well to me! They can't display it due to the company itself and don't have a public washroom thanks to everyone in the world wanting to use it and the employees were waiting in line just to use it! It's nice to see that Starbucks takes care of their employees. Lots of merchandise available all the time. The new employee rang in my drink incorrectly but the barista on the bar made it right for me! I will definitely be coming back!

The staff were very pleasant and kind. Understanding and did a great job trying to get me the exact drink I wanted. Even went out of the way to confirm and had excellent team work. Haven't actually seen a Starbucks so efficient and helpful to each other and the customers.
